Australian Domestic Shipping

All orders within Australia are shipped via Express Post with Signature Required to ensure security and traceability for fine jewellery items.

• Delivery timeframe: Express Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Signature on delivery: A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
• Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Dispatch Time

Most jewellery pieces are dispatched within approximately 5 business days from order confirmation.

• Dispatch time includes final quality checks and secure packaging.
• During peak periods or public holidays, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Ring Size Adjustment (Complimentary)

For ring purchases, we are pleased to offer a complimentary size adjustment within the following range:

• Up to 3 sizes larger or smaller
• One complimentary resizing per ring

Important notes:

• Ring resizing may require additional processing time.
• Resized rings will be dispatched within the same approximately 10 business day timeframe.
• Certain designs (such as full eternity rings or intricate settings) may not be suitable for resizing. Our team will advise if this applies
